What an unforgettable day at the MCG for “Kick a Goal for Mental Health” that took place on Friday, June 20th.
All of us at The Male Hug are truly blown away by the incredible turnout and the powerful conversations that took place.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at this sold-out event. Your presence and support demonstrated a shared commitment to breaking the stigma around men’s mental health. It was especially powerful to see so many women in the room, showing that supporting men’s mental health is something we all stand behind – together.
We were privileged to hear raw, honest, and courageous stories from our keynote speakers – reminding us all how vital it is for men to open up, speak out, and support one another.
A special thank you to our phenomenal guests – Darren Berry, Ray Chamberlain, Dave Hughes, Mike Brady, and Billy Brownless – for sharing your journeys with such honesty and vulnerability. You inspired everyone in the room.
