#Talktober – Thank you

Throughout October 2020, The Male Hug successfully challenged men from all walks in life across the globe to take the #Talktober challenge to call up and check in on a mate every day of the month. We wish to thank everyone who took the challenge, donated and more importantly made a difference in someones life. Challengers included well known celebrities, politicians, sporting and music legends, actors, comedians and every day people.

And whilst Talktober is finished for this year, we would encourage the spirit of the challenge continue – to keep contacting your friends and loved ones as talking really does make a difference to both them and to you.
